Warden

Terms

By buying or using Warden you agree to these terms. Warden is sold by Warden; support is in our Discord.

Your license

  1. One key, one server. Don't share your key.
  2. Paying once gives you 30, 90 or 365 days. When they run out Warden switches off until you add more time from your dashboard.
  3. Renewing automatically charges your card at the end of each period (1 month, 3 months or 1 year) until you turn it off in your dashboard. Turning it off keeps the time already paid for. Plans can't be switched while renewing; turn it off and buy the other plan for a new server instead.
  4. Changing host? Press "Move to a new server" in your dashboard. If your key leaks, "New key" replaces it. Either can be used once every 7 days per license; we can reset it sooner on request in Discord.

Files

  1. Your copy is yours. Don't share the plugin or mod outside your staff team. Every copy is marked and traceable to its buyer.
  2. Sharing and leaks. Keys used on more than one server, or leaked copies, can be cancelled without a refund.
  3. Updates appear in your dashboard and are announced in our Discord while your license is active.
  4. PacketEvents comes in your download unchanged: a free plugin by its own authors (GPL-3.0), not part of Warden.

Using Warden

  1. Your server, your call. Warden can kick, and ban if you turn bans on. Your settings decide, and you're responsible for every kick, ban and freeze. Players appeal to you, not to us.
  2. Tell your players in your rules that staff may scan their mods, that cheating can get them kicked or banned, and (with the Warden network on) that confirmed cheating is shared with other Warden servers.
  3. No anti-cheat is perfect. Alerts can be wrong; treat them as a reason to look, not proof.

Payments and refunds

  1. Payments are taken by Xsolla, our payment partner and the seller of record, priced in pounds sterling. Xsolla's own terms also apply to the payment. We never see your card details.
  2. Refunds within 48 hours of buying if Warden doesn't work on your server and we can't fix it. Ask in Discord. Not for licenses cancelled under rule 6.
  3. Digital content. Your key and download are delivered straight after payment. By paying you ask for that, and you agree that the 14-day right to cancel for digital content ends once your key is delivered. Rule 13 still applies.
  4. Chargebacks and refunds end the license they paid for straight away.

Other

  1. If our license server is down, Warden keeps working for up to 72 hours.
  2. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Changes to these terms are posted in our Discord and on this page.
