Privacy
What Warden keeps about you, why, and for how long. Questions or requests: ask us in our Discord.
When you log in
- From Discord: your Discord user id, display name and avatar. Nothing else: we don't see your email, servers or messages.
- One cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Logging out deletes it.
When you pay
- Xsolla takes the payment as the seller of record and keeps your payment details; we never see them. Xsolla's own privacy policy covers what they keep. We keep what you bought, when, the amount, and Xsolla's order and transaction numbers, so we can give you your license, handle refunds and keep accounts.
When your server runs Warden
- Your license key, your server's id, its connecting internet address, its plugin version and its online player count (only the number). The address is used to spot one key being shared between servers.
- If you turn on the Warden network: your staff's confirmations (player account id, name, what for, when) are shared with other Warden servers, never your server's name, address or key. Confirmations expire after 180 days.
- Everything else Warden records (alerts, replays, reports) stays on your own server.
How long
- Licenses while they exist; a revoked license is deleted. Payment records as long as the law requires for accounts. Logins for 30 days.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare (hosting and database), Xsolla (payments), Discord (login and our server). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Deleting your account ends your licenses. Payment records we must keep for accounts are kept. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
